Summer is in full swing, and so are Mantinga’s new flavours. This time the range features nearly 40 new products. All of them have been created with today’s trends in mind: healthiness, flavour variety, innovative twists on traditional tastes, and, of course, convenience.

A Few Highlights by Category:

BREADS:

• FRYTASTIC Ciabatta – clean-label recipe, designed for sharing, and yes – adapted for air fryer baking.
• ARTISAN MULTISEED – the name says it all: natural sourdough, no added additives, packed with multiple types of seeds.
• Dark French Baguette with Truffle Butter – we’re confident it will be as successful as its popular sibling, the French Baguette with Garlic Filling.
   

SWEET PASTRIES:

• Danish pastry with SPECULOOS filling, inspired by the global dessert sensation of Belgian cookies.
• FOGLLIA, a puff pastry inspired by Italy’s legendary Sfogliatella, with creamy ricotta and blueberry filling.
• TRIPLE CRUNCH pastry – ultra-crispy, with a nutty filling; crunch in the pastry, the filling, and the topping.
   

DONUTS:

• MATCHA, embracing today’s wellness trends.
• DUBAI STYLE, still enjoying popularity in this style.
• SKINNY WITCH, a healthier donut with 50% less sugar, 30% less fat, 6.1 g more fibre, and nearly 100 fewer calories. Flavour: blueberry and coconut.
   

SAVOURY PRODUCTS:

• Following the SWICY (sweet & spicy) trend, we introduce the SWEET CHILLI pastry with cheese and chicken.
• BRUNCH Danish pastry with omelette and bacon – a potential star of slow, late weekend breakfasts.
• Mini pizza with falafels, mozzarella, and grilled vegetables – a delight for vegetarians and anyone looking for more adventurous flavours.
   

SANDWICHES

• CHICKEN KEBAB Quesadilla with kebab-style chicken and Coleslaw – tastes just like a real kebab.
