We operate in a way that protects the environment and the land we live on. We take action to help reduce climate change by choosing more sustainable packaging, calculating our CO2 footprint, and sorting our production waste. We prioritise the circular economy, set high standards for raw material suppliers, and choose renewable energy sources.

“Mantinga” is a family, and its employees are members of this family. We take care of our workers' health and safety and pay fair wages. We measure and improve microclimate indicators. We guarantee gender, religious, national, and other equality. We listen to employees' suggestions and give them room to grow.

We regularly provide food donations to various non-governmental organizations and communities and cooperate with our long-standing partner, charity and support foundation "Food Bank". By responding to current societal needs, we adapt to changing circumstances and support those who need help the most.
