A SANDWICH IN A BAGUETTE

MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the BAGUETTE lengthwise into two halves. Mix the mayonnaise with mustard. Spread the mix on both halves of the BAGUETTE;
  2. Put the sliced mozzarella on the bottom half of the BAGUETTE. Put slices on ham over the mozzarella;
  3. On top of the ham, put a handful of fresh ruccola leaves, then the sliced tomato. Sprinkle the tomato with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper;
  4. Put on the other half of the BAGUETTE and press slightly with your palms.
