BASIL AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO SPREAD

MUST HAVE:

  • Italian Bread CIABATTA
  • Juice - green lemons 0.5 pcs.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 5 tbsp
  • Hazelnuts 100 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 0.5 glass
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A handful of basil

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 1. Mash the sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, nuts, basil, salt, olive oil and pepper until they form a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Bake the MANTINGA Italian ciabatta bread in the oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.
  3. 3. After removing the bread from the oven, cut it into slices, drizzle it with olive oil and toast it in a frying pan on both sides.
  4. 4. Serve with warm bread and garnish with sliced sundried tomatoes and a basil sprig.
