BASIL AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO SPREAD

MUST HAVE:
- Italian Bread CIABATTA
- Juice - green lemons 0.5 pcs.
- Sun-dried tomatoes 5 tbsp
- Hazelnuts 100 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive oil 0.5 glass
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A handful of basil
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Mash the sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, nuts, basil, salt, olive oil and pepper until they form a smooth paste.
- 2. Bake the MANTINGA Italian ciabatta bread in the oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.
- 3. After removing the bread from the oven, cut it into slices, drizzle it with olive oil and toast it in a frying pan on both sides.
- 4. Serve with warm bread and garnish with sliced sundried tomatoes and a basil sprig.
