BRUSCHETTA WITH CHAMPIGNONS

MUST HAVE:

  • 1 pepper
  • 100 g of brown champignons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 4-5 basil leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut peppers into strips, champignons and garlic cloves into slices. Put everything to fry in a heated pan with oil, season with salt and pepper, fry until the vegetables are soft and browned.
  2. Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in the oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Allow the baked bread to cool.
  3. Cut ciabatta into slices, add fried champignons with peppers and decorate with basil leaves.
