BRUSCHETTA WITH CHAMPIGNONS

MUST HAVE:
- 1 pepper
- 100 g of brown champignons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4-5 basil leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut peppers into strips, champignons and garlic cloves into slices. Put everything to fry in a heated pan with oil, season with salt and pepper, fry until the vegetables are soft and browned.
- Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in the oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Allow the baked bread to cool.
- Cut ciabatta into slices, add fried champignons with peppers and decorate with basil leaves.
