  • 200 g of minced pork and beef
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of smoked paprika spice
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 raspberry tomato
  • 1 blue onion
  • 3 pickled gherkins
  • 2 pieces of sliced semi-hard "Tilsit" cheese
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Season pork and beef minced meat with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Add a teaspoon of mustard, add Worcestershire sauce and mix.
  2. Put a teaspoon of mustard, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce in the chosen bowl, pour vinegar and mix everything well.
  3. Fry the halves of the MANTINGA grain hamburger bun "Cosmos" in a dry pan on both sides for a nice browning.
  4. Cut the raspberry tomato, blue onion, pickled gherkins into slices.
  5. Form a patty from minced pork and beef and fry in a heated pan with oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until nicely browned and fully cooked. Place sliced ​​semi-hard "Tilsit" cheese on top of the meatloaf and bake until the cheese melts.
  6. Apply the prepared BBQ sauce to the inside of the bun. Place the lettuce leaves, meatloaf, raspberry tomato, blue onion, pickled gherkins and the top of the bun on the bottom bun.
