Burger with guacamole and chips

MUST HAVE:

  • BRIOCHE Hamburger Bun (cut)
  • ground beef 200 g
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 0.5 ripe avocado
  • onion 0.3 pcs.
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • a pinch of chili flakes
  • lime juice 1 tablespoon
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • 1 handful of corn chips

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Grill MANTINGA brioche buns for Cosmos burgers for 1 minute on each side.
  2. Place the patty made of ground beef on the oiled grill and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes. Peel and chop the avocado with a knife, finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Season chopped avocado, onion and garlic with oil, salt, pepper, hot pepper flakes and lime juice.
  5. Mix well. Spread the fried buns with mayonnaise.
  6. Place half of the guacamole on the bottom bun, place the cooked patty on top, add the remaining guacamole, chips and the top bun.
