BURGER WITH PINEAPPLE

MUST HAVE:
- 1 pineapple;
- 200 g beef mince;
- A handful of bacon;
- Cheddar cheese;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 tomato;
- A small handful of rucola;
- A pinch of pepper;
- Olive oil
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Form burgers of beef mince to be used for hamburgers. Season them with pepper and grill them. Prepare other ingredients: wash a handful of rucola, slice a tomato and a cucumber, get rings of pineapple and bacon ready;
- When burgers are grilled, put them aside. Brush finely MANTINGA buns with olive oil;
- Put rucola on a bun, then place tomato and cucumber slices, strips of bacon, and then put a beef burger, a slice of Cheddar cheese and top with a ring of pineapple;
- Season pineapple with pepper. Grill the hamburger until the bun gets golden brown.
