MUST HAVE:

  • 1 pineapple;
  • 200 g beef mince;
  • A handful of bacon;
  • Cheddar cheese;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 tomato;
  • A small handful of rucola;
  • A pinch of pepper;
  • Olive oil

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Form burgers of beef mince to be used for hamburgers. Season them with pepper and grill them. Prepare other ingredients: wash a handful of rucola, slice a tomato and a cucumber, get rings of pineapple and bacon ready;
  2. When burgers are grilled, put them aside. Brush finely MANTINGA buns with olive oil;
  3. Put rucola on a bun, then place tomato and cucumber slices, strips of bacon, and then put a beef burger, a slice of Cheddar cheese and top with a ring of pineapple;
  4. Season pineapple with pepper. Grill the hamburger until the bun gets golden brown.
