CHAMPIGNON CARPACCIO

MUST HAVE:

  • 1 handful of champignons
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 20 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 4-5 raspberries
  • 2 dill sprigs

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in the oven at 200 °C for 10 min. Allow the baked bread to cool.
  2. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  3. Arrange the champignons on a plate, pour olive oil, season with salt and pepper, grate parmesan cheese, add raspberries and decorate with sprigs of dill.
  4. Serve with slices of ciabatta.
