CHAMPIGNON CARPACCIO

MUST HAVE:
- 1 handful of champignons
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 20 g of Parmesan cheese
- 4-5 raspberries
- 2 dill sprigs
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in the oven at 200 °C for 10 min. Allow the baked bread to cool.
- Cut the champignons into thin slices.
- Arrange the champignons on a plate, pour olive oil, season with salt and pepper, grate parmesan cheese, add raspberries and decorate with sprigs of dill.
- Serve with slices of ciabatta.
