THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost the MANTINGA yeast-free puff pastry at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes. Mix with minced pork.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the chicken stock and mix well.
  4. Lightly roll the dough with a rolling pin, along with the flour and cut out circles.
  5. Place the meat filling in the middle of the dough circle and coat the edges with egg batter.
  6. Place the chebureks on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes.
