MUST HAVE:
- Puff pastry dough in sheets (360x550 )
- 1 pc. Of onion
- 400 g of minced pork
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 150 ml of chicken broth
- Flour (for rolling)
- 1 egg
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Defrost the MANTINGA yeast-free puff pastry at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Cut the onion into cubes. Mix with minced pork.
- Season with salt and pepper, pour in the chicken stock and mix well.
- Lightly roll the dough with a rolling pin, along with the flour and cut out circles.
- Place the meat filling in the middle of the dough circle and coat the edges with egg batter.
- Place the chebureks on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes.
