MUST HAVE:

  • French Baguette with Grains and Seeds MEDOMI
  • 1) Sun-dried tomato sandwich: 40 g of sun-dried tomatoes, 150 g of ricotta cheese, 20 g of sunflower seeds, Parmesan cheese for decoration.
  • 2) Sandwich with avocado: 1 piece of avocado, 100 g of yogurt ,20 g of radish, 5 g of roasted sesame seeds, coriander for decoration.
  • 3) Salami sandwich: 50 g of mayonnaise, 15 g of grainy mustard, 100 g of salami, 10 g of common cornsalad.

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the French baguette for 12 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the baked baguette into slices and squeeze ricotta cheese on them. Cover with toasted sunflower seeds and add strips of sun-dried tomatoes, grate hard cheese.
  3. Add avocado pulp, yogurt, salt and mash in a blender. Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag. Squeeze avocado cream on the baked baguette slices, add radish slices, decorate with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
  4. Squeeze mustard mayonnaise (after mixing mayonnaise with mustard) on the slices of baked garlic baguette, put a slice of salami sausage and leaves of common cornsalad.
