CROFFLE (WAFFLES) WITH SHRIMPS

MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the thawed butter croissants one by one in the Belgian waffle pan. Fry the shrimp in oil in a simple pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn a nice orange color.
  2. In another pan, fry eggs in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat. Sprinkle the fried eggs with chopped chives.
  3. When serving, sprinkle the waffle with sweet and sour sauce, place a leaf of iceberg lettuce (you can finely process it), shrimp and a fried egg. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
