CROISSANT QUICHE WITH CHOCOLATE

MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Take the MANTINGA croissants out of the package and keep them at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Once thawed, bake in the oven at 170 °C for 16-18 minutes.
  2. Cut the baked croissants in half and place them cut side down in the baking pan.
  3. Boil the cream and melt the chocolate and butter in it.
  4. Fill the croissants with the chocolate and cream mixture and sprinkle with marshmallows.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Decorate the baked croissants with mint leaves.
