CROISSANT QUICHE WITH CHOCOLATE

MUST HAVE:
- 8 Croissants with Chocolate
- 100 g of cream
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of butter
- 1 handful of marshmallows
- a few mint leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Take the MANTINGA croissants out of the package and keep them at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Once thawed, bake in the oven at 170 °C for 16-18 minutes.
- Cut the baked croissants in half and place them cut side down in the baking pan.
- Boil the cream and melt the chocolate and butter in it.
- Fill the croissants with the chocolate and cream mixture and sprinkle with marshmallows.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Decorate the baked croissants with mint leaves.
