DONUT AND BERRY TIRAMISU

MUST HAVE:

  • Donut PURPLE MOMENT
  • 1 cup of esspresso coffee
  • 200 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • A few mint leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Chop the donut into small cubes. Pour the esspresso coffee into a bowl and cover its base with donut pieces.
  2. Mix together the mascarpone cheese and sugar powder.
  3. Spread the layer of mascarpone cheese on the layer of donuts, sprinkle with cocoa, blueberries and finally - garnish with mint. Enjoy!
