DONUT AND BERRY TIRAMISU

MUST HAVE:
- Donut PURPLE MOMENT
- 1 cup of esspresso coffee
- 200 g of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 handful of blueberries
- A few mint leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Chop the donut into small cubes. Pour the esspresso coffee into a bowl and cover its base with donut pieces.
- Mix together the mascarpone cheese and sugar powder.
- Spread the layer of mascarpone cheese on the layer of donuts, sprinkle with cocoa, blueberries and finally - garnish with mint. Enjoy!
