DONUT AND RICOTTA PARFAIT

MUST HAVE:
- Donut PURPLE MOMENT
- 200 g of ricotta cheese
- 2 spoons of sugar syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 handful of blueberries
- A few raspberries
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Chop the donut. Mix together the mascarpone cheese, sugar syrup, vanilla extract.
- Layer the mixture of mascarpone cheese, blueberries, donut pieces, mascarpone cheese, blueberries in a glass.
- Finally, garnish the dessert with raspberries. Enjoy!
