FRENCH DONUT TOAST

MUST HAVE:
- DONUT SPRING FRESHNESS with Mango Filling
- 1 egg
- 1/2 glass of milk
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 30 g of butter
- 1 handful of mint leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the donuts in a half.
- Whisk the egg, then pour milk into the mix, add cinnamon and mix everything together.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Dip one half of a donut (without glaze) in the batter and fry in a pan until nicely browned. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
