Fried Camembert with roasted bread

MUST HAVE:

  • Dark Italian Bread CIABATTA
  • Camembert cheese 1 pce.
  • garlic, 1 clove
  • olive oil, 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, a pinch
  • black pepper a pinch
  • oregano, a pinch
  • basil leaves, 1 handful

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost MANTINGA dark Italian Ciabatta bread at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 15-20 minutes 2. Make cuts in the cheese.
  2. Cut the baked bread into slices and place them in the baking sheet together with the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle everything with diced garlic, sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 10-12 minutes
  5. Garnish the baked camembert cheese and bread with basil leaves.
