THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the plums into slices. Thaw the MANTINGA unleavened puff pastry without yeast at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Press the holes with a spoon.
  3. Spread the mascarpone on the dough sheets, add the plums and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Decorate the cakes with mint leaves.
