RING OF JOY DONUT TOWER WITH SEA BUCKTHORN AND COTTAGE CHEESE CREAM

- 190 g of 9% fat cottage cheese
- 30 ml of cream
- 0.5 tsp. of vanilla paste
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 1 piece of orange
- 200 g of sea buckthorn
- 40 g of walnuts
- 80 g of sugar
- 40 ml of water
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- First, prepare the sea buckthorn sauce: put sea buckthorn, sugar, water in a saucepan, boil and steam for about 15 minutes until the mass thickens.
- At the end of cooking, add freshly squeezed orange juice. Mash with a hand blender, strain through a sieve and leave to cool. Make the cottage cheese cream: put cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cream, vanilla and grated orange peel in a bowl.
- Mix everything with a whisk until smooth and pour into a bag. Cut the donuts in half and build a tower: place the donut, then squeeze the cream and pour the sea buckthorn sauce.
- Repeat this until you have used all the donut halves. Sprinkle the top layer with chopped walnuts.
