RING OF JOY DONUT TOWER WITH SEA BUCKTHORN AND COTTAGE CHEESE CREAM

MUST HAVE:

  • Donut PURPLE MOMENT
  • 190 g of 9% fat cottage cheese
  • 30 ml of cream
  • 0.5 tsp. of vanilla paste
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 piece of orange
  • 200 g of sea buckthorn
  • 40 g of walnuts
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 40 ml of water

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. First, prepare the sea buckthorn sauce: put sea buckthorn, sugar, water in a saucepan, boil and steam for about 15 minutes until the mass thickens.
  2. At the end of cooking, add freshly squeezed orange juice. Mash with a hand blender, strain through a sieve and leave to cool. Make the cottage cheese cream: put cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cream, vanilla and grated orange peel in a bowl.
  3. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth and pour into a bag. Cut the donuts in half and build a tower: place the donut, then squeeze the cream and pour the sea buckthorn sauce.
  4. Repeat this until you have used all the donut halves. Sprinkle the top layer with chopped walnuts.
