MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Drain the herring and mushrooms, and cut the herring. Grate the cucumbers and drain as much liquid as possible. Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables and herbs, and mix them with ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, horseradish and chopped pickled lemons;
  2. Cut the bread in half lengthwise, toast it on a dry and hot pan, and leave it to cool. Serving: spread the ricotta cream mass on the lower slice of the bread, put the herring, pickled mushrooms and the upper slice of the bread. Serve immediately.
