SANDWICH WITH TUNA

MUST HAVE:

  • Tomato 0.5 pcs. Blue onion 0.5 pcs. Canned tuna in its own juices 100 g Mayonnaise 0.5 tbsp. Chopped onion leaves 1 tbsp. Couple of lettuce leaves Pinch of salt Pinch of black pepper

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 1. Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Allow the bread to cool after baking.
  2. 2. Cut the ciabatta into slices. Slice the cucumber and tomato and finely dice the onion.
  3. 3. Place the tuna, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, chopped green onion in a bowl and mix everything together.
  4. 4. Place the tomatoes, cucumbers and tuna mixture on the slice of bread. Place the lettuce leaves on top and cover with another slice of bread.
