MUST HAVE:
- Tomato 0.5 pcs. Blue onion 0.5 pcs. Canned tuna in its own juices 100 g Mayonnaise 0.5 tbsp. Chopped onion leaves 1 tbsp. Couple of lettuce leaves Pinch of salt Pinch of black pepper

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Bake the MANTINGA dark Italian ciabatta in oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Allow the bread to cool after baking.
- 2. Cut the ciabatta into slices. Slice the cucumber and tomato and finely dice the onion.
- 3. Place the tuna, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, chopped green onion in a bowl and mix everything together.
- 4. Place the tomatoes, cucumbers and tuna mixture on the slice of bread. Place the lettuce leaves on top and cover with another slice of bread.
