MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Slice the ciabatta diagonally, but do not cut through to its end. Then cut the other side in the same way.
  2. Apply tomato sauce to the open cavities of the baguette, put strips of ham and grated mozzarella there. Sprinkle the top of the ciabatta with it as well, then place it to a baking paper-lined baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked ciabatta with chopped parsley.
