THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the baguette into slices of 1.5-2 centimeters. Press the baguette pulp inside with a small glass, place the slices in a baking paper-lined baking tray, brush the edges with melted butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.
  2. Add ricotta cheese, horseradish, sprinkle with pepper and mix everything in a container with chopped scallions.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the radishes into rings, and the cucumber into strips.
  4. Fill the baked baguette “cups” with cream, put a twisted cucumber strip, onion and radish slices on top, sprinkle with onion chips.
