MUST HAVE:

  • French Baguette with Garlic Butter Filling
  • sun-dried tomatoes, 100 g
  • capers, 2 tbsp.
  • cream cheese, 2 tbsp.
  • garlic, 1 clove
  • basil leaves, 1 handful
  • salt, a pinch
  • black pepper, a pinch
  • olive oil, 1 tbsp.
  • diced dried tomatoes, 1 tbsp.

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place MANTINGA French baguette with garlic butter filling on a non-stick baking sheet and defrost at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 15-20 minutes
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth.
  3. Season the obtained spread with olive oil, diced dried tomatoes, capers, and basil leaves.
  4. Serve the sun-dried tomato spread with roasted baguette.
