MUST HAVE:
- French Baguette with Garlic Butter Filling
- sun-dried tomatoes, 100 g
- capers, 2 tbsp.
- cream cheese, 2 tbsp.
- garlic, 1 clove
- basil leaves, 1 handful
- salt, a pinch
- black pepper, a pinch
- olive oil, 1 tbsp.
- diced dried tomatoes, 1 tbsp.
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place MANTINGA French baguette with garlic butter filling on a non-stick baking sheet and defrost at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 15-20 minutes
- Blend the rest of the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth.
- Season the obtained spread with olive oil, diced dried tomatoes, capers, and basil leaves.
- Serve the sun-dried tomato spread with roasted baguette.
