THAI TASTE WITH BRIOCHE BURGER BUNS

MUST HAVE:

  • 4-6 large shrimps;
  • Lettuce leaf;
  • ½ teaspoon of grated lime peel;
  • ½ teaspoon of grated ginger;
  • ½ teaspoon of chopped chili pepper;
  • ½ glass of coconut milk;
  • ½ tablespoon of coconut oil;
  • Salt as needed

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Fry the ginger, lemon peel and chili pepper for about a minute, stirring regularly. Add the shrimps and salt and fry until white/red;
  2. Pour the coconut milk and heat while stirring until the milk boils. Heat the buns in the oven;
  3. After taking the buns out of the oven, sprinkle the inside of the bun with sauce from the pan, put a lettuce leaf on top, add the shrimps and cover with another leaf and the other part of the bun;
  4. For convenience, pierce the bun with a small wooden stick.
