The bread, snacks and frozen products company “Mantinga” is undergoing reorganization. The changes will be implemented in stages and are expected to be completed by June 2023. The controlling company – UAB “Mantinga Group” was established, which will manage the group’s companies, including foreign branches in Estonia, Latvia and Ukraine. The goal of structural changes is to increase overall efficiency.

“After implementing these changes, we expect greater efficiency of the company’s administration, more appropriate distribution of capital. We will divide the companies of the group according to their activities. Such changes are a common practice in business. The time has come for us to improve the existing structure of the company’s groups”, – shares the general director of the company's group, Mantas Agentas. 

One of the most important steps of the changes is the establishment of the controlling company “Mantinga Group”. Part of the employees, assets and contracts are transferred within the framework of the establishment of the group of companies. The main functions of “Mantinga Group” will be the formation and management of group company strategies, management of finances, personnel and various projects.

The change in the group structure will be considered implemented when the parent companies perform certain functions assigned to them. UAB “Mantinga Logistics” will be responsible for transport and storage services. UAB “Mantinga Services” will provide various services not directly related to the activities of the group of companies to all companies of the group. UAB “Mantinga Production” will carry out production activities and manage 3 factories belonging to the group. UAB “Mantinga Bakery & Food Solution” will be a sales promotion and execution, marketing, and production management company. This company will sell the product to the outside.
